When you write to me, I receive your name, email address, subject, message and — if you provide them — your company and the type of engagement, together with the time of submission.

This information is used only to answer your request. It is stored in this site’s own database and forwarded to my inbox. It is never sold or shared for marketing.

Spam protection relies on a hidden form field and timing checks, not on a third-party CAPTCHA.

Visits are measured only if you allow it. The measurement is first-party: data is sent to this site only, never to an analytics company.

When allowed, the site stores a random identifier in your browser (renewed at least every 180 days) and records: pages and sections viewed, time of visit, clicks on outbound links, language and theme switches, use of the contact form, the referring website (domain only), campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), browser and operating-system family, device type, a screen-size range and, when available, your country.

Not collected: your IP address is never stored, no precise location, no browser fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles.

Detailed visit data is deleted after 90 days; only anonymous daily totals are kept after that.

If you allowed analytics and then send a message, the message is linked to that anonymous visit so I can see how you found the site.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is measured and no banner is shown.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to herculeihasa@gmail.com. You can change your analytics choice below at any time.
